At our school, we work together as a team to make the best decisions for our students and families. To do that, we need your help!
We invite you to fill out our Family Needs and Assets Assessment to share what’s important to your family and how we can support you.
Why is this important?
Your feedback helps us make our school the best it can be for your child! Plus, when a family completes the survey, students can earn fun classroom and school-wide rewards. Only one survey per family is needed!
What you need to know:

• Please include your child(ren)’s name so their class gets credit.
• The survey is confidential (not anonymous) so we can offer support if needed.
• If you prefer a paper copy we'd be happy to accommodate that request!
• If you have any questions or need help, let us know—we’re here to assist!
