Hello Hoover Hawk Families,
WE HAVE DATES for Parents/Guardians to come check out an iPads and charger, AND receive a BACKPACK with the essential tools needed to support success.
In order to make it most convenient for our families we have two dates.
They are as follows:
* MONDAY, AUGUST 10: 9:30-6:30 pm for ALL Students
* TUESDAY, AUGUST 11: 9:30-6:30 pm for ALL Students
We will distribute iPads and backpacks from the MPR. You will need to fill out the permission slips and emergency cards and turn those in when picking up the iPad and Backpack.
We will also have the necessary paperwork out at the tables on the lower playground for you to fill out…
OR… if you are in a time crunch…
YOU CAN PICK UP PAPERWORK EARLY (Wednesday-Friday this week) by getting it from the table in front of the school so you can bring it FILLED OUT when you pick up the iPad and Backpack on Monday OR Tuesday.
We will have the lower playground open for parking and we will line up 10 feet apart at the designated areas by the MPR.
FOR SAFETY FOR ALL, PLEASE ALWAYS WEAR A MASK.
Remember…Your child(ren)’s safety is paramount. Please leave kids at home when you come, if at all possible.
Please read below:
* Please bring a pen.
* Wear a mask.
* We ask that you maintain at least 6 feet of space for social distancing at ALL times and
adhere to the coordinated safety procedures on the day of pick-up.
* To support social distancing and avoid large crowds, we have scheduled pick up times from 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Therefore, should you see a large line formed, we ask that you return at a later time during the given window.
For the health and safety of all children, please make every effort NOT to bring children when picking up the device.
Please bring photo identification to verify you are the legal parent or guardian of the student.
On these days…you will also find out whose class your child is in.
