Good day Parents,
On the first day of school, you received an envelope filled with a whole bunch of forms that need to be signed and returned to Hoover. Attached below are a copy of most of the forms as a PDF or a Word document. If any of the forms are missing or incomplete, please download the needed form and complete. You may also download the Word document, type out your answers, print them out and give it to your teacher.
The only forms not here are the 2 pink cards, which you need to get from the office and the Field Trip card, which you need to get from the office too.
All of these forms are in English and Spanish.
